The first posting for a week - during which I have been getting rid of a cold. I went out on Tuesday to get some beer. They have introduced a Dutch beer at the Polish shop. Andrew K has requested an ambient track in E minor. Another AK and Otherworld album is to be released on 1 April. Objector 2 and Thinpale Simulator are new on the Widget above.
I have bought Jason Parker's jazz reinterpretation of Five Leaves Left, It is a jazz sextet with trumpet tenor and vocalist. The tunes vary in how closely they follow the originals. The least successful tunes are on the first half of side 2 but I think these are the weakest on the original album.
Larry has acquired the vinyl demos album which seem to be extra recordings not hitherto issued on ND bootlegs. The version of Day is Done is particularly interesting.
