On the lower widget there is a new tune - Ornamental Challenge.

Going to Buxted via Richmond and Clapham Junction is much quicker than the route I have used before via Victoria. On Sunday afternoon Sue and I went to the Unitarian Church in Brighton where one of her friends was trialling a recital she has developed for a performance qualification. We met Mike there. The recital started with a very difficult piece from a Bach Cantata - a flute player also performed this. There was tea and cakes after. Mike came back to Buxted with us for a meal. Sue showed me All the Mad Fools which discusses the demise of ND and includes some interesting quotes from PW. I asked him about this.

Monday the weather was worse and we stayed in until the evening when we went to a pub in Lewes Cliffe. There was a jazz trio of violin organ and drums who were extremely good. Mike and a piano player friend of his were also at the gig.
